Stacie Lech has over 15 years of classroom experience and a deep commitment to improving education for neurodivergent students. As a teacher, instructional designer, and UX researcher, she brings a thoughtful, student-centered approach to everything she does. Stacie focuses on how educational systems can better support executive functioning and meet the needs of diverse learners. For the past 2 1/2 years her hyperfocus has been aimed at how AI can be implemented to improve learning experiences and make education more inclusive. With a strong foundation in brain research and a creative eye from her background in the arts, she enjoys designing curriculum that feels engaging, supportive, and genuinely useful.
